What a co-incidence... Valve says how XBLA and their DLC rules are a disaster... so the latest DLC for L4D is $7. So they make the full game with the DLC for free on PC cheaper than the addon on xbox.

The people buying a game, where the main appeal is creating, sharing and playing user created levels over the internet, who don't have internet are holding the game up? :\
