I don't think most people realize that their processor and video card are likely the same as a higher end card (to a certain point), but with functions disabled to create mid and low end skus.

I'd like to see a shift from people using laptops as their only computer to home PCs and more portable devices for on the go stuff. For me that's a Netbook, but I could see an iPad filling that void for some.
