@SupaKero: Get it. I find my self easily frustrated by games, and I beat the game. It was tough and quite a challenge, but never was frustrating. I never felt something was out of my control when I died.

@clever epithet: The difference with the frogs and games is, when people paid money for the frogs they were buying them. When people put money down on a game they're reserving it for when it does come out. They aren't buying it, just putting down a reservation. And I'm sure there's all sorts of fine print involved…
