I'm rewatching this morning and just noticed the pumpkins at Chloe's house. Apparently Maze carded one because it has her face! Half the pumpkin's skin is gone. It is right before Chloe sees Trixie on the swing.

I thought the same thing!!! She had a smile on her face, while Lucifer was completely devastated. I think Uriel was right about Mom. She wants to kill God and take over.
