Yeah from what you are describing, I'd definitely suggest Kindle Fire for you.

I have to ask you, WHY do you want a tablet? What do you expect it to do for you? I'm honestly asking this and not trolling.

That's where win 8 comes in. Just imagine : a small, perhaps 10-inch, touch tablet running windows 8, docked to a keyboard/mouse/external monitor (that's what I'm doing now, in case you wonder).

If we were all like my mom, then even if HFCS were as bad as arsenic it will not matter. She simply does not have sugar in the kitchen :-)

This "eReader" from 1935 has higher pixel density than the new iPad!

About your F/2 comments, I remember reading from them that it is very possible to have everything in focus, re-assembled by software (since they have all the information already, it would be like shop'ing pieces of photos together. That's why they chose a relatively small circle of confusion for the lense.

actually, if you look at the caption, while it is true that there is only 1 z pixel for every 8 color pixels, since there are 3 colors, the resolution of z pixel is really just a tad under 1/2 of any of R, B pixels (and 1/4 of G pixels)

Astalavista baby! (.box.sk for those who don't get it)

It competes with a wacom? I don't see mention of pressure sensitive tip anywhere?

they can always rebrand to Gateway :)

yeah, all the extra weight from ebay has already disappeared

Why no love for Acer? It's the same type of shady business as Vizio, and it's not like HP is going to fix their overheating problem any time soon.

yup, for ipad1 32gb wifi, I got 340 after fee when I sold in January and my friend got about 320 after fee and he sold it literally 2 days ago

that's because he's already been promoted! I would too if it's not already done

Let me clarify a little bit. If you sell it to amazon then you'll get a gift card (store credit), but if you list and sell yourself, when it's sold you can have the money transferred from your seller account to your bank.

This is so evil! Who in their right mind would do such a thing, to possibly blind the cute little fish?

why not sell it on amazon yourself and get cold hard cash? I know that's what I did :)
