I agree with you here. I live in a condo built in the 70s and I don’t see the HOA putting up the fees to install charging stations. Only the newer developments have charging stations being built into the master plan.  Yes, charging stations are becoming more ubiquitous.  But, every time I see one, it’s in use.

Here in Hawaii, we’re still getting tourists since the governor can’t stop the airlines from flying (some federal law). Tourists’ excuse for coming? The airfare is soooo cheap now! My family would never be able to afford a trip to Hawaii otherwise!
