If you’re in a gym, there is practical reason to lift before cardio- you get less sweat on the lifting equipment. Generally cardio will make you a lot sweatier than lifting, so it’s nice to not spread that everywhere.

If you can afford the up front costs, getting some Trex (or other brand of composite decking) is totally worth it. It’s 30+ years of not having to refinish, not having to worry about splinters, not having to worry about screws popping out which catch your feet.

The number 1 use of Android Auto is maps. Having your directions on a large, easy to see screen is way better and safer than having it on a tiny phone.

I feel like we’re going to have to re-name ghost kitchens, because it really makes sense that soon there will be restaurants which are “delivery/pickup only” and that it will be a common thing. Why should a restaurant that is to-go only be somehow “penalized” for not being a real place?
