All it is, is a way to lower the required down payment. Say the closing costs are $10k. The buyer pays them, but the sale price of the house is $10k more. That way, seller gets the same money, but buyer needs $10k less cash on hand to close.

People need to stop looking at judges ruling as “I personally agree/disagree with what this person did/what happened to this person” and realize that if judges don’t rule on the law, very important checks and balances are violated.
When you said you “independently verified” that Katherine McPhee donated, I figured it meant you did that. But since using the 2010 Census data there are 8 Katherine McPhee’s in the US, there’s actually only a 12.5% chance you got the right one.
I feel like I’m using a neck pillow wrong. Whenever I try to use one, I feel like it pushes my neck (and thus head) forward, so I’m reclining even less.
I think people underestimate kids. Growing up, and now in my family with tons of nieces and nephews, the kids have always been as excited to give a present as get a present. I remember being giddy to give my presents, because we made it special.
The worst is if you’re streaming music from your phone over bluetooth, and then decide to look at Deadspin real quick and the whole party hears some stupid Deadspin video which has hijaked the audio out on your phone.
Pithy... but no one is upset at celebrities which hang out with Obama.
So, would you also be upset if she talked to Obama in an owners box, or is killing innocents with drone strikes not “black and white”?
About point #1- Unless you were already famous, do you think anyone would buy your podcast? With practically unlimited free podcasts, I don’t know who is buying them, even if buying was an option.
This is why the NFL needs a slight rule tweak- on review the refs need to be allowed to just make their best call upon reviewing the play, they shouldn't be required to stick with their original call unless there is overwhelming evidence that it was wrong. Being willing to vote against one’s self interest is a great virtue. Now, don’t do it blindly, but vote for what is right, not what is best for you.
As a US citizen, no- I don’t pay any taxes to the Bahamas.
Uber didn’t displace taxis because tech bros built Uber- Uber displaced taxis because taxis suck.
Why would he get demolished playing behind the 5th ranked offensive line in football?
This is why all modern browsers highlight the main URL you’re actually at.
Maybe I’m being to US centric, but I feel like it has to be Neil Armstrong. I feel everyone in the educated world knows who he is, and even more-so, will continue to be known in the future. Even if man spreads out among the stars, Star Trek style, he was still the first ever to walk on a different world.
I swear the internet is full of people with the worst stomachs imaginable. Taco Bell and JITB should not be causing gastronomical incidents. Eat some yogurt.
Is it evil week already? Seems a little early for that.
Notice the author of this piece both makes fun of someone for asking a question and doesn’t bother to answer the question. If I was a better man (and I am! Who wants to bet me?) Chris can’t answer this question.
While all of this is true, I think you’re leaving out an important part- if you were in orbit around the Earth, when you weren’t in the shadow of the Earth you’d get really, really hot. The ISS is heated up to about 250 F in orbit, and relies on cooling so that things don’t bake inside.
