Forget the spelling and rename it as “Her 2: THE RECKONING”
Yeah, all this would do is ultimately lead to wayyyy more fighting about who “deserves” the (now-singular) acting award. And things would get wayyyy more nasty depending on who that winner is. It’s a good thing the Oscars aren’t as culturally relevant as they used to be or shit could get dark imo.
I don’t think he’s particularly funny on his own but he really excels at playing straight man to funnier people. Which is how he works so well in those comedy shows imo
I think it helps when you’re in a position like Radcliffe, where he’ll have that Potter money rolling in probably til the day he dies. Not saying that Hamm’s out there still in his “starving actor” stage, but I’m just saying definite financial stability definitely gives you the luxury to really get weird with your…
True. There’s thousands of better action movies or dumb comedies (the two best genres of background entertainment for a group smoke sesh imo), why ever choose a jukebox musical?
I remember a dude roping me into seeing this movie back in college because “no man, if we smoke a ton it’s gonna rule”. 2 hours later I was just really high and disappointed. This is a roundabout way of saying good for the actors. Glad someone was having fun with the movie
You didn't have to salt the wound!
Miles better than Johnny Depp though.
Fair enough, to each their own.
I fully support this as between the Spider-Verse movies and X-Men 97, I have seen the light and think that animation is the way comics should be adapted
I guess there’s just enough sci-fi bullshit in Severance to keep the suits at Apple from catching on to the message of “corporations are evil and working for one is miserable”
(that’s the joke)
I never watched that one, but I did see a Youtube video that seemed to agree it was. Still don’t know why they passed on putting in a magic element like Mushu but also put a whole damn witch in the movie. I guess because one’s “serious” and not comedic.
“Jasmine’s feminist stuff was pretty ham-handled as well, but eh”
I think it’s a lot like Tim & Eric, in that it will either really click with you or it really won’t. Personally I think the best litmus tests are the very first episode or the third one.
I mean, look at the two side by side. If you’re gonna complain about Smiling Friends soaking up all the money there, I think you may have your anger pointed in the wrong direction. (It's Rick & Morty. That's where the money's going.)
I’ll give that an amen!
If you want a ship to happen and it doesn’t, then it’s automatically bait and it’s the filmmakers’ fault. Sorry, them’s the rules!
Until the Eye Of Sauron AV focuses on JK Rowling once more, for now we are stuck with updates of Shane Gillis’ every move whenever he dares to actually attempt to advance his career.
