Literally all art is subjective though?

“Jobs will be lost, but on the bright side hopefully AI can eliminate some of the “crunch time” horror stories from say the VFX and game development industries.”
That wig makes him look like a bad Professor Snape cosplayer. Also he may be talented (haven’t seen him in much) but every time I look at Glen Powell I just think he’s Dollar Store Ryan Gosling
Ahem, that’s “are why it’s popular”
After X-Men 97 has been such a hit I have to imagine that a Spidey TAS revival is only a matter of time.
Personally I agree with you but there’s a lot of people that love Dinosaurs. Mostly people who love Muppets and praise anything Jim Henson ever did.
Judging by generally ill-received the Powerpuff Girls revival was, I doubt a Dexter’s Lab revival would be a good idea. In fact I would go so far as to say that I don’t think any revivals of straight-up comedies would be good ideas. We’ve got very few examples of them working well and all too many examples of them…
I know a lot of people loved Teen Titans but I really think it ended right where it needed to. I mean, the only “mysteries” left were just “Where is Deathstroke Slade”, “Who is Red X?”, and “Hey is that girl from the last episode Terra? What’s her deal?” and the answers to those are pretty easy honestly: “He’s a…
“I think he’s well named. Joaquin…wackeen... wacky. It’s a sort of wacky performance.”
Only plain cheese, he can’t have too much joy (in the form of toppings) or the story loses its grittiness...
I mean it won’t be a glorious death but if Douglas really wants out I’m sure Ant-Man 4 can open with the characters leaving Pym’s funeral because he’s an old man and sometimes old folks just die. Please hire me, Disney for more million dollar ideas like this. I’ve got other ideas like “recasting roles for problematic…
At best he was “mildly funny actor” and that was only when he was in good-to-mediocre Adam Sandler movies (which I would give Sandler most of the credit for). At no point would I call him alone a comedian.
As long as they’ll “own the libs” it honestly doesn’t matter. Like 90% of conservative comedy is just pointing at something like a trigger warning and going “get a load of this, am I right?” and they laugh their little heads off.
Yeah, when I said “unprofessional” honestly I was directly thinking about the classic Fallon/Horatio Sanz team where they both just could not keep it together especially when they were in scenes together. How that guy has managed to fall ass-backwards into the success he has continues to puzzle me.
Breaking can be a real hit-or-miss thing for me. Sometimes it just seems unprofessional/amateur, sometimes it’s funny. This is one of those cases where it was pretty great. Probably because, as mentioned, Gardner’s usually pretty good at keeping her cool, and seeing her lose it over Day in particular made an okay…
Well it helps that the studio really committed to the bit. A lot of marketing was done on the early internet and everything looked like shit then (plus lots of people didn’t even have internet access) so you couldn’t say “this website is too professional to be legit”. You had to put in effort to find the truth.
It’s also probably just to make the idea of a modern day Civil War make sense in the first place. You can’t just split the dividing lines of the potential conflict down the line of North and South like you could in the 1860s. Nowadays the more radical states, while yes being largely in the South, are more spread out. N…
After finally watching Quiet On Set (had put it off for a while due to having to mentally prepare to be icked out), I totally agree with a lot of her points. It touches on some heavy topics but a lot of those heavy topics and stories are buried in cheap schlock which is trying to get you in the headspace of “wow so…
Trauma tourists? From the bastion of honesty that is the Discovery Channel (a David Zaslav joint)? Noooo, ridiculous...
I think it’s good in small doses, but there is a certain point where it goes past and you’re just like “it’s not cute anymore, you’re just bad at this”
