Falseeeee. Only a few models commonly contain warming drawers (or in some cases, broilers). The vast majority just have storage drawers.

Also, some stoves have the broiler there instead of a warming drawer. Found this out at an apartment one time when we melted a plastic handle.

The drawer under mine is either a broiler or has a broiler pan “permanently” attached to it from being in the house since last century. I’d try to remove it, but I have the delicate hands of a programmer.
