why obscure his face when we can see his name on his shirt smh

I guess I appreciate Adele’s voice, but to me a real singer has to be able to dance too....

I think the term you are looking for is pop star, not singer. I’d go to an Adele show to hear her sing. Her talent is her voice, not a packaged performance with dancing and lights and wardrobe changes.

Why are we surprised that our students react to things with violence when they are shown that is how they should react? Adults (teachers, officers, parents) need to set the example, and I don’t think it’s such a leap to say that the example shouldn’t be fucking body slamming teenagers.

At East End Christian Academy, Daniel signed a strict contract stating, among other things, that he would not drink in public, that he would regularly attend their associated church, and that he would live a Christ-like lifestyle.

How did they sugar coat it? It seemed abundantly clear what this school expected of its employees (no drinking, being “good christians”, etc) and anyone who makes you sign a contract where you are expected to keep up with someone else’s definition of morality should be a big ass clue as to what kind of “company

that he’s considered calling in the military “to protect women and the country.”

No, it’s not. It explains a lot of things, if so, doesn’t it?

I think this is a lot like the circumcision debate: On the one hand, some “science” says that it’s a bad idea, medically unnecessary and potentially detrimental to the child; on the other hand is culture and a familial desire for the kid to do what was done for Dad (“I’m fine and you’ll be too”).

Agreed. I think there is room for an argument that schools/school districts without full time athletic trainers but with sports programs are unnecessarily negligent. I know it is expensive, but ya know, kids lives are valuable too.

Oh I agree, it’s a slippery slope for sure. I do like your idea of getting mandotory trainers out there tho- that shouldn't even be questioned.

Well, she does say she’s sorry. Besides, I am pretty sure that when it comes to liking/loving people, we have all been a dick to someone at some point :)

Please stop, you’re making it worse.

Are we the same person? Benny Rodriguez and Devon Sawa were the first boys in movies to give me the hot chills.

yessss. i had my mom buy me a bunch of “the best of the 70s” type cds.

I always liked the bad kid in The Mighty Ducks.

You mean Benny ‘The Jet’ Rodriquez? My desperate crushes on jocks with a heart of gold started very early.

Same thing that’s happened to Elizabeth Berkley, you barely work again because you’ve achieved absolute perfection and Hollywood is too intimidated.

Omg yes, Mike Vitar! I was so into him.
