haha OK I see. Sorry — I thought you were doing the Kinja equivalent of saying “delete your account.” Yeah the NFL should have sway. Maybe public pressure will make them change their policy.
Why? I stand by it even with the update. Other hall of famers get to pass it down to whoever they choose as part of their legacy when they die. They are part of Stabler’s legacy as well (and anyone else who received it posthumously)— no need to deprive his family of that.
Renowned theater actor and demon who opens the portal to another dimension resulting in Buffy’s untimely death.
Then he brings them back to his house and tucks it under his mattress, where he sits atop all of the reclaimed rings like fucking Smaug.
Unless they make Hall of Famers return their rings and jackets when they die, that excuse is a level of horse shit that is truly worthy of the NFL.
Or kick her out of the house if you must. Don’t send the child to friggin’ prison.
If Trump wins and you could flee America and live anywhere else in the world, where would you go?
whoops, sorry. The way things are threaded on kinja means you can’t really tell who’s replying to who over what.
How is this failing upwards if she was innocent in what she was accused of?
That’s the worst part to me. Much of the article accurately represented how UVA and other schools handle rape accusations (especially those made against fraternities/athletics). Instead everything is now cast in doubt.
A financial promotion that is only a good thing for her if she didn’t find working with students to be a satisfying and important part of her career.
Edit: I see I am not the only person with this very strong opinion on what pizza a man living in NYC should order so instead I’ll just say have a good weekend with whatever pizza you choose.
I agree but it’s not like this is a case of someone accosting her on the street outside of a coffee shop. She sat down for an interview with a major network.
They’re 18 to 22 years old and are adult men, not children. I’m not sure suspending the entire league was the right bet but these are innocent children and acting as though what they were doing doesn’t bely a greater cultural issue is absurd.
It’s what we fucking do
Did you run the speech through a plagiarism checker?
I am so there for this. Among the many things I hate about the current shit state of movies is the lack of original musicals. If this does well and can kick off a Singing in the Rain style movie boon, I would be friggin delighted.
Apparently he’s engaged to his high school sweetheart. But if they have an open relationship, I would totally be game for that. I’m married and already have 3 kids so I’d probably have an abortion, but totally worth it for the impregnation process.
I’m 100% not a baseball person so only had one eye on the series but sat down and watched last night because how could you not. When he stepped up to the plate for the first time I literally thought “maybe I should become a Cubs fan?”
