Cinemark’s annual revenue is $2.63 billion.

Especially since she almost certainly could have been reading along on the teleprompter.

I think a lot of people just don’t get it. On any level.

If the kid was a fan, I am sure the mom would have mentioned it in the letter. He may have known players were coming to the school based on an announcement, but they don’t appear to be a football family (she mentions that they are now fans) so it wouldn’t have the same thrill to it as other kids who I’m sure avidly

I’m saying it’s more than basic decency. And it’s not a low bar to call a teenager sitting down at that table an out of the ordinary kind act — applauding him for saying “hey, what’s up” would be.

I don’t think this necessarily offers hope for humanity, but I wouldn’t say it’s just basic decency for a guy who went to the school expecting to be fawned over by excited kids to instead sit down with a lonely, awkward boy who probably didn’t even know who he was.

That bear has a weirdly lecherous expression on his face:

Just came to say that. Hope they can afford Rosco.

He’s not. The woman didn’t even accuse him of rape— it was all media mayhem.

If something completely vile happens to you because you are trying to help someone in need (or you are an innocent bystander when someone else is in crisis), sometimes you just have to accept that you were in a shit place and deal. If you then find out that it was a stable person doing it on purpose, you should have

I don’t understand how the rest of the almost 20 minute long video isn’t just that one woman screaming at the top of her lungs.

As far as I know, she intended to set them loose so either he was part of it or he just hastened along whatever was going to happen.

Chris Brown sucks and I hope, if the story is true, he goes to jail for a long time for it. But “Y’all can suck a fart out my ass for all I care” is a quality line and I hope to find a reason to use it in the near future.

I don’t know that his age matters though. You may be right though.

He was sent to jail because he violated parole to go visit his girlfriend and was dumb enough to give a reporter an interview while doing so — not because he raped a child. He also only served 2 months of that sentence. He was not convicted of statutory rape so, as far as I know, the age difference wasn’t relevant.

I think it would have been a disservice to her (and disrespectful) to bring focus on him and the school instead of her telling her story. I assume — hope — that she had some role in how the story was packaged.

Waist size. It needs to be at least 30% smaller than her hips otherwise you might want to consider rib removal.

Apparently the $100K+ defense Labrie got that tore this child apart on the stand and got her rapist off with barely a slap on the wrist? In large part funded by alumni and donors to the school.

Seems like no matter who wins this election, either side is going to be able to make an argument for a botched job. Trump will claim voter fraud, Clinton hacking of the systems. God this election sucks.
