I second the CoverGirl Lashblast - I think the one I use is for volume and it comes in the orange tube. I know it comes in brown and possibly navy, as well as black. Also it comes in water resistant and waterproof if that makes a difference.

Yes, the European sizing thing could be a factor as well. And I find the opposite is true at stores like Gap and JCrew - they run really big and I would be some non-existent negative size there.
