What utter bollocks.
The 3 Luna probes in the 70's collected tiny samples - 30g, 100g and 170g of Lunar soil. It’s just possible they have a few micrograms of dust that have been incorporated into a fake rock body but you can be sure that the one thing these are not made from is solid moon rock.
