Yes. Someone calls in suspicious activity and the police will check it out.

No.

Oh fuck off.

Technically, their turbans were denied entry, they could go in at any time.

So, if Im a terrorist looking to smuggle an IED into a stadium, all I have to do is hide it under my turban and claim religious accommodation

That incident and the turban are not related.

Your idiocy precedes you.

What does this have to do with the security check point?

Three million people live in San Diego, one asshole tags a temple and now the entire city is comprised of religious bigots.

Because it wasn’t about Sikhs, it was about headgear and a security check point. Do you think every one wearing a ball cap ran to the press after the game crying their crocodile tears about being abused and mistreated?

But you may suspect one of embellishing if they went out of their way to call the media and press to report their “righteous indignation” over being treated like every other headgear wearer at a large public event so close to paris and San Berdoo.

And this response adds nothing to the discussion.

What difference does that make? If security is instructed to have people remove and show head gear prior to entry, how can you enforce that with ball cap wearers and not with turban wearers?

Thank you captain obvious.

Why believe MAhli? The only reason this got in the newspaper is because he called the press begging for coverage. The more believable story is that they were told if they came back their headgear would have to be removed again.

Increased recent security measures due to San Berdoo. People have been removing hats at airports for a couple years.

A more accurate title would be “Sikhs Delayed at Charger Security Check Point for Refusing to Remove Headgear”.

This whole article is a lie. The Sikhs were asked to remove their turbans at the security check because every person wearing any kind of a hat is asked to do that. They refused, a discussions ensued, they eventually complied and were allowed in, so the title is a lie.

The article title is a lie, they were let in.
