Indubitably.

The only one of those I've seen is Pickle & Peanut, and I do really like it. But I think more than a couple of episodes at a time of something this fast is really tiring. It's not that the manic ness of individual cartoons is a problem but there needs to be a variety, something needs to help kids learn to settle down

well, this sounds pointless, except for the bit about Neil Marshall.
In his hands it could become Galactica meets Dog Soldiers. Which I would watch.

I have to watch all these shows for work. (I have an episode of Penn Zero to watch today in fact, after I get through a couple of Pickle & Peanuts.) Those three are all pretty good. I like Randy Cunningham 9th Grade Ninja more than Penn Zero, though, I like its premise and supporting characters more. What the cheese,

Yeah that was the whole message of that episode - Soos learned that that dude didn't care about him and that was all he needed to know.

Well yeah. Although American Sniper? I don't know how well that did. I was just saying that there were two leads being used to sell Serena, so its straight-to-video fate was not about J-Law not being a star, maybe. I still want to see it cos I love Bier's films, but I think the ones she makes in Scandinavia are

If Serena flopped then that must mean that Bradley Cooper can no longer carry a film!

People love Hunger Games! Must be because of Woody Harrelson and Liam Hemsworth!

we do see actors like Angelina Jolie and Elizabeth Banks (Sarah Polley, Melanie Laurent) choosing to do it themselves - but that's not quite the same thing of course. Having more of both strategies would be a good thing.

Yeah, Emma Watson is great in it especially.

Oh yeah, or the tales of Ford & Ford - follow young scientists Fiddleford McGucket and Stanford Pines as they build quantum machines and research the mysteries of the universe. They'd be like Fitz & Simmons.

Best is too difficult! So these are more like recentish standouts, and not all Hollywood, just personal first thoughts: After The Wedding, Night Moves, Marie Antoinette, The Selfish Giant, The Apple, Red Road, Italian for Beginners, Beau Travail, Disorder, Bright Star, Morvern Caller and Ratcatcher, Wadjda, Gemma

Susanne Bier, Lone Scherfig, Andrea Arnold, Clio Barnard, Catherine Breillat, Samira Makhmalbaf, Vera Chytilova

I did know that, and am sorry i phrased it so badly. Of course i should have put it better. I am now ashamed of having given up linguistics in the first year of my degree, and of my terrible memory and of my terrible Greek! Thank you :)

Soos and Waddles body-swap for 30 minutes. I'd watch it. I'd adore it.

I couldn't be bothered to search and c& p! thank you for doing it for me

I guess people who eat cows are like Hannibal then! he only ate the mean and dumb iirc

It doesn't help that we lost the o - the Greek for foot being 'pous' not 'pus'. So i can see why people make that mistake. also I have a feeling the inflection with the added delta (for euphony I guess) is irregular rather than standard 3rd declension. but I could be wrong. but yeah. octopodes.

well and how much of it is consumed, given the cost in resources/water etc no mater how humanely it's done.

what about the indirect suffering caused to humans by climate change to which both meat and fish consumption contributes?
