We use ours several times a month and it’s indispensable.  My favorite is short ribs where I braise and cook them, empty the pot into a sauce pan to thicken the sauce while doing risotto in the just-emptied pot and they all finish at the same time.  The bulk of our use is using it for things like veggies we can throw

That’s actually a pretty good interpretation.

I thought his wooden-ness fit his character in Bodyguard fairly well, but that is pretty much his default setting I guess.

Funny, because I had trouble getting through the first 37%. I was close to giving up on it, but toughed it out because my son was watching and wanted to watch it together so I could explain the Tolkien-y stuff to him.  It did pick up, but required some patience to get through the front third of it.

The thing is, there are plenty of us on the left who are armed.  We just aren’t gun fetishists that dry hump them every night.

That’s what I was thinking.  What if grills had a hinged cover that could trap heat?

Same.

I’ll have to try the tornado method.  I’ve made a similar version by slicing them very thinly, dipping in seasoned potato starch and then frying.  Gluten free and crispy.  Will definitely try the spiral cut method as it looks like more fun and those swirls will add good surface area if you want to drizzle some aoli or

Out of curiosity, I read their charter.  As I read, it seemed that the charter is good and their practices just don’t seem to align.  The further I read though, the more it goes off the rails and made sense.

I would be interested in a Lindelof adaptation, but so far, only Darabont and Flanagan seem to really get King.  Others have come close and I’m not discounting Stand by Me or other good adaptation, but those two come close even when making changes to the source.  I give Flanagan props for reconciling the book and

That is the coolest thing I took from the movie.  I had always wanted to see his reloading visualized.

Would love a more faithful adaptation of The Running Man.  Liked the movie, but the book is truly great.  The ending is problematic, but that could be changed with little effect.  I know it’s been 22 years, but crashing a plane into a building still feels too soon.

I’ve always reused shopping bags and baggies as many times as they will last or until I have to put something in them that doesn’t soil them.  During the pandemic, my favorite grocery store got rid of shopping baskets so I bought a couple for 8$ each from a restaurant supply store.  They are plastic themselves, but I

Unless there is a time jump, I’m not sure how Connor overcomes his almost-1% vote tally.  We’ve heard surprisingly little of him in the last couple of episodes.

I feel like a pyrrhic victory is the best that they deserve or will get. One or all will end up running a wildly devalued company and still won’t have their daddy’s respect, love, or wealth.

I have a feeling Lukas will have a precipitous drop in the rankings.  The long delay in completing Logan’s cash offer for Waystar and his sudden rush to complete a 50/50 stock/cash offer may signal that Gojo is on shaky ground.

I think ‘Order 66' meant that’s how many survived.

starred for the late july jalapeno lime.  our costco often has the big-ass bag which is a pretty good value.
