It won’t help.  Every time I’ve been at Moab, no matter the trail, I’ll pass someone in a totally inappropriate vehicle for the trail - not like a 2wd pickups or low clearance trucks, but 2wd station wagons, minivans, and a variety of sedans. 

While I thought each chapter was successively less appealing, I was roped in and am impressed at the ambition and scope of what I thought was just going to be a simple slasher series.

Except GOTG3 was originally supposed to kick off phase 4 in may of 2020.  Covid would have still delayed it, but it at least wouldn’t have caused the re-shuffle of release dates.

It impacted Marvel’s phase 4, as its original release date would have been May or June 2020.  Covid would have delayed it, but it likely would have been out this year.

Man, did Disney shoot themselves in the dick on that one, but I’m glad that we get a Gunn-helmed GOTG and Suicide Squad.  I didn’t hate SS as much as most, but I think he is definitely one who could improve on the tone.

It’s a pretty entertaining series apart from the age of the actors playing 16 year olds.  My wife and I take a drink every time someone says ‘John B’.  We get pretty ripped.

My grandparents would always bring them back from visits to Germany when I was a kid in the 70s.  They were pretty exotic back then.

At the end of ‘The Predator’, I was hoping the pod that the ‘good’ predator brought us was going to be a suited up Adrien Brody. It would have been a nice way to tie it all together.

They had even extended the free trial a couple of times, but I figured it would end just before their buzziest show returned.

Sounds kind of like the premise for the Stephen King short story, ‘You know, they got a hell of a band’, but I’m guessing it isn’t nearly as dark.

For a movie few have seen, it has a stacked cast - Depp, Crispin Glover, Billy Bob, Iggy Pop, Robert Mitchum, Gabriel Byrne, John Hurt, Lance Henriksen, Alfred Molina and more.  This, as well as ‘Night on Earth’ and ‘Broken Flowers’ are my favorite Jarmusch films.
