Sorry, but no. At no point did Tesla or Musk say that the target is 0.21. When asked what the Cd is, he just responds “hopefully 0.21". Which indicates that they already got that number and hoping it will make it into production. Internally, word of the mill is Musk is pushing for below 0.20 Cd.

I am basing things on the real world, when you do your research and look at the overall equation it works out just fine. It is just a matter of time. I do not have a blind faith in tech, but tech has fallback options, tech improves, tech has a logical reason for failing. The same can not be said for humans.
