So, is it a crappy old year 1 hawk moon? That would really be a slap in the face. Can't have it on Xbox until it's useless.

The new one or old?

Plan C was the first exotic I bought once I realized what strange coins were and had enough of them to get something from Xur. Was also the first exotic that dropped for me from an activity (I think it was a nightfall). Really depressing considering how bad I suck, and how hard I have to work for things in this game.

Whatever it is, better buy it. It could be year 2’s gjallarhorn and nobody will know it yet.

You mean the one with the ass crack down the centre?

I hear you on PvP. It took me months to get thorn because I was so bad. There were days that I actually ended up worse off. Somehow got on a roll and did it, but don’t think I would ever try again.

THAT was awesome! Really like the sprint race format. Everyone has to go for it right from the first lap.

I can’t find anything other than f1, Indy, and nascar on TV. A decade ago, the occasional BTCC race would show, which was always very entertaining. Racing doesn’t seem to go over very big around here. TSN used to cut the post race interviews so that they could show some shit about golf or billiards. Is better now, but

Seems that way sometimes, but we are seeing teams punching WAY above their weight class, and the running order isn’t always predictable. I find myself watching races again because I don’t want to miss someone like Ricciardo pulling a purely magical performance out of nothing. That never used to happen, so I’d say

Not sure if I’m accurate, but wasn’t that the era of hidden TC and ABS software? Everybody running, but also “nobody” running.

That looked really fast too. Good looking cars from that era, but I remember it as a really, really boring time for formula 1. Despite everything that’s currently wrong, there’s certainly a higher chance of seeing varied results with today’s formula. I guess I’m willing to see the cars lose a step if it means the

Ummmmmm....except when it's a solid or a gas.

Yeah, I don’t know what the standard for a criminal charge is. Clearly it wasn’t met. Civil charges may be a different story. We will soon see.

doesnt matter. It's the Internet.

Dude, legitimate and reasonable decisions get made ALL THE TIME by people that are not experts on the subject matter. The implications of your line of reasoning actually being correct are staggering.

I’m assuming that actual rule of law trumps anything that we, as blessed fools on Kinja, have to say, which is why I’m so confused when I see that a civil case is allowed to proceed. I guess that the decision of actual people who know actual things about how rules work are in error since this issue has already been

I’m sorry, but there is no prerequisite to be an expert in the characteristics and design of a sprint car to be involved in decision making around this case. Yours is a common and flawed argument that doesn't hold here or in any other form of debate.

I assume the grand jury’s role was to examine the case for evidence of a crime. My understanding was that most criminal charges require intent, which is extremely difficult to prove, especially here. But I agree that lack of evidence does not equal innocence.

Most reasonable people slow down and place as much distance as possible between them and an accident, since there could be unforseen danger. Stewart is high on the track, and the only one sliding through the corner at speed. If nothing else, he’s being reckless relative to the conditions on track. And, when operating
