GENUINELY don’t want to argue, but I only half agree, for the reasons I wrote earlier. I’d amend your comment to read: “always investigate rape allegations fully and exhaustively, and when supported by evidence, prosecute without regard to bullshit such as a prosecutor’s conviction rate”.
