Lived in Houston 10 years. Hated the place, but loved the people. They seemed generous and kind with a great sense of humor.

There are just too many +50K factory Camaros. SuperSport, Z28, ZL1, ZL1 Track...

Yah, it’s a bit odd. Have you ever really looked at a 911? I mean compared to any Cobra/Ferrari/Jaguar? It’s pretty damned ugly and ungainly. The 911's beauty is in it’s German-ness. It does get better each year, but very few German cars compare with Italian and British marques for beauty. One of the best is the Audi

I know they are the Siberian variety, but it’s soooo weird to see tigers in the snow.

Tigers with LASERs. :o

I’m calling click bait.

There’s something about any 6-cylinder Japanese car. They engender loyalty and (dare I say it?) passion. Had this been about a 4-pot Camry or Accord, ho-hum.

Look at the orbital periods for these planets. I could live for thousands of years!

On your side, you will be able to get 911 parts in 20 years. On Honda’s, the NSX will be much more collectible (I wonder if Honda will have parts for the NSX...).
Rarity trumps performance, as can be seen throughout automotive history. Heck, the GT350R will be more collectible than a 911 unless it’s a GT3-RS.

Fair point, but I’m sure that if Honda wanted to compete on the 911 level and developed a long term plan, they could do quite well. Also, consider that the NSX is an (as always) all-aluminum, mid-engine hyblid tour de force at the price of a garden variety Turbo. They are not really in the same category and certainly

To think that I actually shopped the G20 against my SHO.

The Bridgehampton Race Circuit. Damned yuppies ...

A friend of mine is concerned about one of her friends who lives in the top of a hill in Poway. I assured her that the top of the hill is no problem. It’s the sides and bottom that get hammered.

Thankfully, about half of them with go to Russia and end up in car-cam videos.

...and it’s better looking than 100% of those red Blacksmith cars.

So what does this have to do with cars?

It’s apparently better looking than about 100% of Blacksmith models.

We have a winner.
