Well said. I once was a teacher. Took kids to D.C. and always toured the holocaust museum. When you leave the museum, you see this quote from General Eisenhower:

Agreed.  I have owned a 280, a ZX, and a 350.  Still kinda miss that 350...

Learned to drive with an off-white, 5-speed Civic with the short hatch (it was an “S” model too!). Great for athletic gear, friends, rafts, etc. all the things a growing boy needs.
