Why are some in Congress trying to make train travel the primary means of transport from Coast to Coast?

Is there a standard for cable wiring and outside vehicle cut lines?  Not good if First Responders have to look up the model and year of vehicle to decide how to save the occupants.

I did read the speculation on the drivetrain. Looking at the video it appeared to be 4wd to me. 2wd JK Wrangler would be rare in the Pacific Northwest.

How does a rich person not have a security camera system? 

Three of my previous new car purchases was the same price as buying 2~3 yr old used vehicle. New vehicles typically have better finance rates. Why buy 40k mile used vehicle when I can get new with 20miles? 

A co-worker bought one of these new for his wife. She was rear ended by a truck. Obliterated the Saturn. She walked away. Bought her another one with the insurance money.

Carmax has a wide selection. Relatively cheap and easy to have a vehicle transferred to your local Carmax. Is it worth the $2k or $3k premium to the buyer to avoid kicking tires?
