I also don’t think children on the receiving end of these type of photos should be prosecuted under child porn laws, even if they were solicited. Separate laws need to be in place, but legislatures are slow as fuck to adapt sometimes. 

Sending unsolicited nudes of any type should probably be a crime. However, it needs to be a different law. Prosecuting it as child porn is antithetical (may be using this slightly wrong) to what child porn laws are for.  

Sending unsolicited dick pics should definitely be illegal, but the entire purpose of child porn laws is to protect children from predators, not from themselves, and thus I really disagree with prosecuting kids under said laws.
