Yeah, when I was there it definitely seemed like anyone under their late 40s could understand English just fine. Sure they forgot specific words when speaking but who wouldn’t? I want to go to Rally Finland!

On the other hand I saw more people missing easy to see teeth in Finland in just  six and a half days than I do all year here in the US.
