I wasn’t a big fan of my mom’s 2018 Forester. But it was my first time being the driver in a car newer or more fancy than my 2009 Corolla LE with time to actually check out the various functions and menus. I definitely got it to freeze up for a bit several times.

They probably are mining bitcoin. Just not for you.

I totally agree. Buttons for everything essential and for most other things. Complicated shit can use something like the iDrive system. If their is a touchscreen, using the touch features should be 100% optional.

I want to be able to do everything without using the touchscreen. I wouldn’t mind the screen being a touchscreen, but UI needs to be designed so touch screen use isn’t needed. This is why I’ll never buy a current Tesla model even if I had the money.

Please tell me you have someone towing a trailer following you on this trip. Also, please avoid freeways at all time’s it is possible to do so. That thing does’t look safe over 30, let alone over 50.

I’ve gone between Portland and Seattle several times, all before the route change and subsequent accident last year. Flying would only take an hour or so off of the travel time because of security. It only takes about an hour longer than driving.

The seats are about 10-15 times better than any airline’s coach seats in

Pretty sure we are talking about hair that surrounds the areola, and might encroach on it just a tad.

Happens to us dudes too.

As a dude suddenly they are long enough where I just pull with my fingers. No tweezers necessary. I find that all the abnormally dark, abnormally long body hair I get comes out easier than the normal hairs.

I think I love you. Or the idea of you. Or at least this comment.

We need some hackers to get their hands on it, or a leaker.

Can you please summarize McConnell’s response, I can’t access twitter at work.

No it doesn’t. That makes it a 14 hour trip at most from his estimations.

Why is this in Lifehacker? It has nothing to do with life hacks. Should be on another GMG site.

. . . . are you making a joke or . . . ?

False. That may be the current legal purpose of corporations but it is not the purpose of business. Also, who the shareholders are matters too.

If I start a privately held corporation, I can make it’s purpose anything I want so long as that purpose is legal. My purpose can be to make me and my employees better off by

But what’s the rate of death? This just shows how people died, but your facetious text makes it seem like you have a high chance of death.

You haven’t shown that his tunnel fits the need of anyone. As I said in my other post, it’s nearly pointless without the technology you envision that hasn’t been created yet, which is why the big reveal was such a let down. He didn’t make any of the fast moving people movers he’d originally promised. He didn’t even

Oh, I thought you meant there were others who had built viable tunnels for $10 million/mile or less. Sorry, your command of language is so juvenile I couldn’t make out what you actually said, so I made the most logical assumption and assumed that you were talking about the subject at hand.

I read the entire thing, it was pretty much a throw away line. This was just a hit piece poorly disguised as a thoughtful investigative piece.
