I'd say don the flamesuit, but it's actually interesting to see if Quattro pulls more love around here than the WRX... they seem pretty equally matched.

Yes! I would just go back a few generations:

Somewhat better view of the taillights:

I'm inclined to dismiss the Chrysler 200 because of the kink on the c-pillar in the pictured car. The 200 sweeps all the way back to meet the beltline. Also the pictured car's side creases seem much more pronounced than the 200's.

Something feels very wrong when the Corvette scores a point higher than the V12 Vantage. I'm guessing the "Value" category makes it so close.

This is going to break the polling machine...

Terrible? I don't know, looks about as attractive as the real EXT to me...

There's nothing particularly bad about it and it's as close as you'll get to an A4 Avant in this country since, well, it is an A4 Avant. Just one that's been given predictable body cladding and a slightly wider and taller stance.

A luxury coupe isn't necessarily a driver's car, so I don't think either of those have to be in it. If pressed I'd say RWD, just so you can have the back step out occasionally. The CLK also wins luxury-coupe points for pillar-less windows. I don't think it's very good looking at all, though. It's a big jellybean.

Man, first there's the Michigan Left, now this? It's hard to remember all those unique MI road rules...

Well, it would be a pretty epic way to go, in a thunderstruck fireball!

So if you're driving a Pinto in a lightning storm you're twice as likely to die!

Funny, there's an NSX on Bringatrailer this morning too, for around the same price. It has 13000 miles, and it hasn't been ruined! If you need eye bleach after this SEMA Monster, here you go:

It's actually a move towards more consistency. All you have to do is think about it for a second. 1=compact, 2=compact coupe, 3=midsize, 4=midsize coupe, 5=large, 6=large coupe, 7=executive. What's so difficult? The 6 series has been a 5er-based coupe since the 1970's. The new 4 series is getting more bespoke bodywork

I've never seen one of these! That's slick.

I agree. Total wonton waste.

I agree, but I don't know if the comparison is correct here. This concept is a retro-revival of the original, so I can't call it a concept car for the Miura.

Wow, how much longer is Audi going to coast, design-wise? They need a change in leadership or something. I hear it's on the way, too. This concept looks like it could be from anywhere within the last 10 years.

The thing is probably so low the trucker couldn't see it. I just realized how much it looks like a P4/5 from that angle.

No Model T?
