My 16 year old learned in an afternoon. You can, too.

Sure, Tesla employs people. Sure, they were important to getting the EV movement started. But at this point they’ve gotten so complacent and listen to so many of Musk’s bad ideas that they need to be called out on it.

Your mom’s a badass

My mom just turned 73 and she drives a Honda Fit Sport, five-speed manual. Orange Revolution Metallic. Of course, she’s a sample of one.

Even at MSRP this vehicle is overpriced for what it is. The $5540 price increase on the 2nd gen Civic Type R really hurt the market for this car. Acura along with Volvo and Infiniti were always “near luxury” and were more of a value proposition compared to BMW, MB, and Audi. This car would have made more sense at $45,2

I strongly disagree with this take, in fact I will go as far as to say this is the best looking Lexus SUV they have ever made.

I was gonna say, this makes me actually want to buy a Lexus

Based on my reactions to the GX and what I see on multiple car sites, you may be one of very few people in total who does not love the look of the new GX.

I’ve never paid a hidden fee on any car, new or used. Granted, it does depend somewhat on what part of the country you’re doing business since there are regions where shady practices are commonplace.

To be fair, marking a car up above MSRP in a time of high demand and low supply is not “slimy” as long as the customer is well informed about it and there are no hidden fees. The supply / demand curve is not a phenomenon the government should get involved in.

Dealerships will make sure it'll be 50k.

Also didn’t Ford cancel all their cars about then, not just the Focus RS?

The best thing Toyota can do is to get back to making a billion of them over a long time- that should solve the mark-ups if everyone has a dozen or so.

Subaru went all in on the CVT. Their modern cars are all saddled with it. I honestly did not know this until I was on a test drive and the transmission was absolute garbage.

Eh, not really how that works. Unless you want to idle your car for 45 minutes before you leave, sensible people scrape their windshields, and you can’t really scrape/yank the frozen down wipers without damaging the blades.

Lol this is funny. It depends on how 4x4 is “read” - is it a drivetrain decision or a vehicle definition.

Pour a pan full of boiling water on your windshield to instantly clear it.”

Because greed. There will always be greed and where greed exists, lawyers must exist. And where lawyers exist decent hardworking people will need protection from both the greedy and the lawyers (sometimes one and the same).

Let’s be honest here, he had a bit more than just a verbal agreement. He had a signed order agreement, which yes, doesn’t have final sale price. But that’s the problem. It’s entirely reasonable for a person to think that the price listed there is the final sale price.
