If this happened to an nfl player, deadspin would call it a scary injury, and question why the sport was still around.

Or maybe he was a jerkoff college kid who grew up and matured in the past 20 years? Like nobody here did douchebag things when they were young.
How long before I can fairly conclude that Trevor Noah sucks as host of the Daily Show? Like, is the honeymoon over? Can we talk about this now or is it too soon?
My concern of “shouting down” a story because of perceived overwhelming guilt of the subject and nature of the crimes is that it would discourage someone from writing the story for the person who may appear guilty but actually be innocent.
I read it and wasn’t sure what the point was. That said, just because journalism focuses on the accused’s point of view doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be distributed. No reasonable person is calling Making a Murderer a rape or murder apology or saying it should be taken down
Except she was the one who has been sending her lawyer’s filing all over trying to get someone to pick this back up. No one has never denied any of this. She never pressed charges and has been paid for it at least twice. It was a story in the 90's and again in 2003ish when the Manning’s book came out and she filed…
It’ll also bring in a bunch of people from Grantland.
Yeah. No one is excited. Because the last Bill Simmons-ran website was so shitty. At least that’s what Deadspin tells me and my opinion is always Deadspin’s.
“I CAN’T WAIT!”
This shit seems incredibly lame and unfunny for the reception it’s getting everywhere. like, “Ted 2"-level bad; maybe worse because it’s so openly proud of itself for not really being that clever
tl;dr:
Lets be realistic here, hugging Papa John and shilling for Budweiser after winning a Super Bowl is a much more atrocious crime.
Ah who gives a shit really? it was the 1990's at an SEC school. If Peyton Manning showing you his cock is the worst thing that ever happened to you as a female athletic trainer than I'd say life was pretty good. On top of that you get $300k?!! I'd blow Eli and Peyton for $300k.
That’s not capitalism, that’s corruption in the system. And frankly you should know the difference, because that kind of fail upwards trajectory is inherently tied to corruption not economic philosphies.
Sarah Palin can shop in any 7-11 she pleases. Check your facts before you write some kind of lunacy of the highest order.
I don't get it
One of Hart’s makes didn’t count (his 8th point), the ref has his hand -down- signaling a 2-point shot, not a 3. Green did win.
I honestly can’t tell if this is another “Sixers beat Warriors 105-108" story. If it is, good work.
Deadspin readers are too savvy to fall for this twice
They both had 12, did they not?
