I’m going to be honest, whenever anyone gives me shit about abortion (including threatening to kill my children so I learn the value of life) I tell them the story of my great-grandmother, who was recently divorced and had been raped and impregnated by her married landlord. She had no other choice but a coat hanger

She said something incredibly loudly with the “I’ve decided to live as a werewolf” episode of Kimmy Schmidt.

This zen world you’re enjoying / Makes you really annoying

Not a mother but I find it really degrading to suggest someone prepare food/ pump milk in a room where one defecates and urinates. Like WTF?! How does that make sense?

Cher watches John Oliver! That is so cool.

Huh. Funny, how changing one’s mind about becoming a parent is a valid choice for her.

No. She was instrumental in the conception of this child. She was very out and proud about their plans to use a surrogate, deeply engaged in the choice of surrogate, giddily giving interviews about the baby they were making. Then 4 months into the pregnancy she files for divorce and tries to back out?

Sherri Shepard signed a contract knowing a donor egg and surrogate would be used, that no part of this would be biologically hers. She changed her mind on the whole baby thing when the woman hired to carry Shepard’s child was four months pregnant. Sherri Shepard is legally responsible and the judge, thankfully, is

Payday loans are the worst. If having the states regulate them separately was sufficient, they would no longer be a problem. Ergo, they need regulation at the FEDERAL LEVEL. How is this woman the Chair of the DNC?

There was no twitter then... but black folk knew what happened there and never forgot, either. Those fucking people... and it wasn’t just there. It was (is) all over with americans rooting for any foreign white lady against one of the sisters, or both of the sisters when they play double. They get more love out of

This is why I love Sandra Bullock. The same year she won the Oscar, she won a Razzie the evening before for that weird stalker movie she made with Bradley Cooper, I think. Not only did she show up to accept the Razzie, she showed up with one of those little wagons for kids piled up with copies of the movie for

I saw posters for it and I thought it looked like fun.... then I saw a trailer and was so let down to see it was a fucking Adam Sandler movie.

I haven’t seen 50 Shades but I did see Pixels.

Your whippet matches my greyhound! This makes me inordinately excited.

I’ve always thought it would be pretty funny if the only two people left standing after all is said and done are Podrick and Gilly.

I have only one criticism out of all this: the way gay marriage was legalized fully was still in a way that people resist it. I think it’d have been better if all language for marriage, homosexual or heterosexual, was replaced with just “civil union” which would've been PC enough to quell any religious arguments.

“He pushed the repeal of DADT through (thanks Clintons!)“

Not to detract from your general point, but this is a really bad understanding of the nature of presidencies. In 1992 Bill Clinton directly campaigned on totally ending the ban on gays in the military, along with a universal health care plan. When universal

I get what he’s saying because Ellen was visible in a way no one in Hollywood had been up until that point. Still, as humble as he is, he’s been an amazing president for LGBT individuals (and the country at large, I think.) He pushed the repeal of DADT through (thanks Clintons!) and refused to defend DOMA (thanks
