Cool, thanks for the insight. I only played Battlefront 2 multiplayer briefly on networked Macs at a job I had a while back (before the days when I could afford a console and PC), and being a SW fan I fell in love with it.

Really? How big's the community? You've got me interested....

Agreed. i reckon you'd have one Jedi (Sith on the other side) per map at a time and it would alternate through people queuing up to be the Jedi after each Jedi death...or somethign like how vehicles spawn....strength-wise it would be just like having another vehicle one the map....strong but killable....

I'm pretty sure it's clear the author is not talking about security breaches etc...

Except for in Battlefield 3 some people like me have no problem playing alongside people who have suspicious progression stats...as far i'm concerned once you've reached about level 15 you can cope with anything that top tier players can throw at you...any perceived advantage by other players only serves as part of

lol, judging by your responses I think in some parts you mis-read what I was trying to say, which considering the quick and poorly structured way I said what I was saying, is entirely understandable.....

Really? The endless amount of enemies rushing to their deaths seemed so dumb to me.....I hate it when games make a level hard in a way that breaks the immersion.

"Video Game Wars Should Feel Real, EA Says"

I agree with you but I think the article- which explored concepts like gays in the military- is thinking equally about realistic themes as well as realistic game mechanics....

I both agree and disagree with your sentiment.

MOH was the best as far as feeling like you were in a real war and not a movie, but things like driving ATVs right up to the compound you then sneak around with a silencer killing enemies that were too deaf to hear your stealth ATV, too many doors that don't open until you've killed x number of guys, and the god

Awesome news. There's about 5% of Skyrim that turns me off it, so some great mods might make me buy the game.

We do.

Are sure you aren't confusing a person of Asian origin as being refereed to as "an oriental", with the term "the orient"?

The thing is I don't know if I'm looking back with rose-tinted glasses, but I don't feel BFBC2 was like this. I thought in that game more of the strangers online worked (on average) as more of a squad, if not as a team.

I'm kind of disappointed in the attitude of most of the gamers I come across. I've been playing since release and I can only remember 2 times coming across players that wanted to stick with the squad. There's something I can't put my finger on that means it's easier than BFBC2 for players to not use team work.....

"It can be aggravating when it does not work, but very rewarding when it does."

I'd prefer they try and penalize players for shooting a robot just like players who team kill get negative points then kicked after too many.

It's all relative to the title in question. the poll is too simplistic...

What is boosting?
