That's good. A direct reimbursement like that is better. I think I misunderstood why you were mentioning it.

Not being able to deduct for your home office space doesn't exclude you from deducting for office supplies. In fact, that stipend might be taxable to you if you don't report the expense on your tax return.
Of course, Google's weather forecasts are provided by Weather.com, which is one of the top five above...
I like my Cuisinart because it doesn't run too hot like so many modern slow cookers. They also list the temps in the manual. Here they are:
I was just going to say the same thing.
There are always a lot of nuances to financial decisions that standard advice cannot address in a brief way. Having said that, I think it is wise to make sure not to become "house rich and cash poor", which I think is the underlying premise of the advice to invest rather than pay off a house with an inheritance.
Great stuff, Melanie. I'm not a night owl, but I still procrastinate about sleep. Thanks for mentioning that. I didn't know it was a thing.
I mostly use Chromecast to tab cast to the TV I keep in the kitchen. I frequently do this to listen to podcasts while I work. I find that the beta tab cast loses connection fairly easily. Do you think the performance would be better if I used Pocketcast?
Yes, even I agree that 3 is over-the-top. The 6 qt gets the most use.
The electric pressure cookers are many years old and I got them from QVC. They were made by a mainstream mfg, and I can't recall who - Fagor, I think. The style is no longer available, but I think Cuisinart is very similar and typically is high quality. I did buy the Cuisinart for my daughter, and she likes it a lot.
I've missed you in the morning while I have my first cup of coffee. Now I know where you've been. Seems like congrats are in order. :)
I have both. I simply had to accept the fact that I still won't chop onions.
The article does address something I discovered several years ago: Make sure I am comparing the right costs.
I read it as hyperbole. (Let's hope, anyway.)
It's interesting that both Vit D and B12 aren't from food anyway. Vit D is a hormone the body makes in response to the sun. (And I hope they come up with a reason why deficiency is so rampant these days. Indoor lifestyle is likely one big reason.) B12 is also made by the body in response to gut bacteria. It's not…
I'm so sorry to hear that Friday. I was about to post something similar to Luis with the additional comment that taking supplements should be for a specific reason and well considered. For instance, I have a diagnosed Vit D deficiency. While the research is a little unsettled in this arena, I am taking Vit D because…
Yeah, gotta agree with you. That's just stupid.
I agree completely with Myrna. I don't know why anyone would hate that. It's far more efficient to use the subject line for a quick status to my boss: XX report is done. Plus I don't have to say the same thing in the subject line and the body. Saves us both much time.
You got a Breville One Touch as a gift? Someone really loves you. :)
When I shovel, it's just for show.
