The movie was great, just that ending was stupid.  It's basically the time-travel version of having the protagonist wake up and realize it was all a dream.  And I realize this is kind of nit-picky, and I don't care if there's cinematic precedent, but having a character narrate his own suicide in the past tense is just

I saw them open for Bad Religion on the 'Stranger than Fiction' tour.  I think SNFU were supporting Most Likely to Succeed at the time.  They were fine.  Dude spit on the crowd a lot.  Then Bad Religion happened and I forgot about everything that happened earlier in the show.
