It was a great TOC to watch and even though I was rooting for Matt, Alex deserved it. Again, all the contestants are so smart it just comes down to buzzer speed and wagering.

I've been binging an Australian show called Please Like Me. It is funny and delightful. I'm in the middle of season two (of three).

I like the backstage stuff better than the banter between the hosts. And more than some of the acts.

Yeah, between his quick buzzer skills and good wagering, knowledge was secondary. They're both smart.

I hate the newer versions of iTunes because of the way they treat podcasts. I can't put them on an iPod without making a playlist, and I certainly can't figure out how to make a playlist that includes both podcasts and music without making all sorts of time-consuming changes. It's insanely frustrating.

I like the ballet stuff (I got them right!), but I hate how long it takes them to spit out the clues, same with any guest clue-giver.

I was planning to stop listening, but wanted to listen for Kether Donahue. The guest portion was so short and it took so long to get there.

Totally agreed. I really like hearing the guests react to the movies & music charts, because we kind of know what Howard & Kulap are going to react (especially with repeats). The fun is getting new input and hearing the hosts explain different songs to those how have no knowledge, or hearing the guest react to

Totally agree. It's much more of multi-part novel than a collection of short stories. I love Louie too, but this is much different despite the fact that they're both comedians telling stories in New York.

Ooh, will definitely listen. She's great.

I'm still not enjoying the new Who Charted format, but Kether Donohue was absolutely delightful as a guest for the brief amount of time she was on. Even she complained that it went by too quickly! Loved her story about getting blacklisted from Gossip Girl.

Me too. My excuse is that I was young when I first read it (but way old enough to know better by the time someone told me that no, there is no "original version").

The Comeback Kid and One of the Greats are two of the most solid stand-up specials on Netflix in my opinion.

I guess you can't please everyone. I bet he'll take it as constructive criticism if he gets a season two. Master of None was so enjoyable and I think people are nitpicking when so much diversity was represented so well. There is always going to be room for improvement, but Aziz has started impressively with an

The Comeback Kid was great. The end bit tied everything up so nicely. I think I might give it a rewatch, his material was just put together so well.

Watched Obvious Child and Life Partners, both which I thought were low-key and delightful. I love Jenny Slate, she is fantastic, so on her presence alone I preferred Obvious Child, but both were easy, entertaining watches.

Thanks. Totally missed it.

My only qualm with this episode is that I thought carbonara had bacon in it and Rachel is supposed to be a vegetarian. Am I confused or did I miss something?

This was great. Love the Clinton story, particularly loved all the stuff about his dad and how it all tied together at the end.

He's way too good for this show, but he elevated the part more than it deserved and made a middling episode better.
