I cringed at the feedbacklash that Lauren will inevitably get as a result of her story that included a trip to SeaWorld. At least it focused on her know-it-all-ing over over penguins instead of mistreated whales!

I'll have to listen to that one, I gave it a skip because it wasn't a comedy person. You Made It Weird is so guest dependent. I do like Pete Holmes (despite that laugh), but still, when there's someone too airy-fairy who just feeds into his desire to talk about that stuff, I just can't listen. The breaking point for…
Hadn't heard You Made It Weird in a while (Pete Holmes exhaustion), but listened to this one and it was great. Easy to listen to, didn't get annoyed by any mystical or health-related conversation, lots of funny stories from Kimmel. Just a genuinely fun listen.
Best part of the show, imo.
I've just started season two and beginning to think of bailing, too. Season one was great, but it really felt like a lot of things wrapped up with the finale and I'm kinda bored with season two a few eps in.
What really grabbed me right away was when he was stealing from the old lady's shopping cart, walking away saying something like "this doesn't feel right at all" or "I don't like this at all" while continuing to keep right on going. Hooked. The snorting cocaine, the prom, the pancake eating flanking divorce, Batman,…
Slow contestants are the wooooo-ooooorst! [/jean-ralphio]
I think this is my fave current comedy. So good. Andy Daly is a goddamn treasure chest of treasure.
I like him better on Broad City than I like his stand-up.
The ep. with Chelsea Peretti and Reggie Watts is the absolute best.
She was also a guest on Riki Lindhome's podcast "Making It", which was a good ep. Love it when she fills in for Kulap on Who Charted - there's an early ep. with her and Kumail that's great.
Natasha Leggero and Jason Ritter are definitely the highlights for me. Natasha's stand-up delivery just translates perfectly to this role and Jason's facial expressions are hilarious.
I think Hardwick is a fantastic host, but I do not like his stand-up. This show is perfect for him, he gets to be around comedy, but he doesn't have to deliver all the laughs.
Yeah, totally depends on who you like. My fave ep. had Greg Proops, Andy Daly, and Jimmy Pardo. SO GOOD.
I LOVE Andy Daly's Review, so was certainly not expecting to like the original, but it is different enough and very funny!
Way to make yourself cry before having to play the damn game!
Holy hell, did I ever love this movie as a tween. Fred Savage AND Jenny Lewis AND Super Mario? I was in love with them all. This movie gave the location of a warp! I got the game afterwards and felt so smug knowing where it was. Even at the time, I recognized the movie as one big commercial, but still, I gave no…
Canadian here, so yeah. The room got it. Thought it would be so simple, but then remembered the Canadian cities thread. Happy Canada Day!
I always considered it to be more of a "gungk gungk".
Who didn't?!
