It wasn’t a bad episode, I’d give it a solid C, but I certainly wouldn’t describe it as “satisfying”. It felt like 30 minutes of (beautiful but bloodless) fighting followed by a frenzied 5 minutes of wrapping things up without really answering any compelling questions.

I don’t think we’re meant to understand what it’s going to be about, per se. I mean, sure, we see the switching aspect, but what the antagonists are up to is anyone’s guess. I’m sure the next trailer or two will clear things up.

As a fan of the original series and the movies I enjoyed it overall. Her interactions with Enid, while predictable, were hilarious.

if you listen closely when they’re jumping on mushrooms he has more of a Brooklyn accent going on which hopefully is the main form of the voice and the first bit when he just arrives is just a weak spot. otherwise it looked fantastic.
