I don’t think it takes that long to paint the bumper cover body color in it’s entirety and move the bowtie to the upper grille. If Chevy was restyling the bumper cover entirely then greater lead time would be the case.
sadly enough that change was only on the concepts and hasn’t made it’s way to production. they know they have a problem, but they are unable or unwilling to fix it at this point
It's not even a different bumper cover. They just eliminated the black center bar design by painting the entire cover body color then moved the bowtie emblem to the upper grille.
Sadly it looks like it was in a front end collision ripping the center of the bumper cover off leaving the bumper impact beam exposed.
Looks matter. Camaro is ugly as hell.
I effin’ loved that car, and would buy another one in a heartbeat. Never had anything major go on with it up until the end (when a gasket was broken and replacing it would have involved taking the whole engine out, which was a damn shame). Good gas mileage, decent hauling capacity, everything you’d want, and decently…
I’m surprised hats haven’t came back into style now with all the extra headroom.
Allowing manufacturers to perform emissions testing and fuel economy estimating on their own products is just a completely flawed way of doing things.
Ford is just taking the vision from their founder and tweaking it for modern times:
At 150-200K, who is this review, and more importantly, this CAR, for?
“the brand image is shit.”
Exactly.
Good reason to be angry: Driver was a reckless asshole and could have easily killed someone.
Bad reason to be angry: They yelled at me because I could have easily killed someone.
I can understand though, why after standing there watching him pass TWENTY FIVE fucking flags, they had built up a bit of a temper.
