I came here to say the same thing. “Racetrack” or outline LEDs have been in taillamps for quite awhile now. These are no longer novel or cool. They are quite the norm. The ones on this car are not even interesting like they were on a 2013-14 Mustang or the last two Chargers. I’d rather look at incadescent bulbs

I do remember that Ford focused so much on pick-ups and Explorers that they neglected the Taurus to the point it was so tired and outdated that no one wanted to buy it retail anymore. I cannot even stand seeing them used.

All I need...

I have never heard a report of wide open throttle unintended acceleration happening with a manual transmission vehicle. Coincidence?.

By the time it reaches production it’s not going to have 10 inch thick doors to carry the exaggerated bodyside shouldering.

The 1976 Mercury Bobcat I learned to drive a stickshift in did not have a tach. My father’s 82 Chevette Diesel that I drove frequently did not have a tach, nor my base model 1983 Camaro. I just realized many other vehicles I’ve driven in the distant past that did not have a tach. I don’t really use a tach for anything

I just went through this with the Probe after replacing the water pump. Air got into the cooling system causing the heat to alternate hot and cold. There is no heater control valve on this car to regular hot coolant flow, it’s always on. I had to birp the cooling system a few days ago and now it works right again.

I like chilli and slaw on my hot dog. I also like pimento cheese or blue cheese on one...

Those are on his bro-dozer!

How now brown Pinto...

Torch be like...

Pop up headlights, T-tops, modular hatch! What’s not to love! When cars were simple and not all trying to be supercars.

On an airbag it SEAMS pointless...

Yeah like Smith or Jones is a common surname.

That shift knob is not on straight. It’s either been cranked clockwise too much or not enough. The entire shifter is the same doglegged one used in Mustang GTs.

Brougham is a type of classic bodystyle like Landau, Phaeton and Cabriolet that is really not a great name to use for a vehicle model name.

What do you think my 1978 LTD II was? I grew up in the era these kinds of cars were the norm. I’ve driven countless numbers of them once I was old enough to drive.

They don’t make then LOOK like they used to. Automobiles used to be rolling works of art. However newer vehicles eclipse the old ones in reliability, durability, performance, handling, safety, convenience and comfort.

As a 52 year old, I am happy to never use a vinyl record, 8-track tape, cassette or CD ever again. I just load up my phone with mp3s and go.

In other news Audi brings back the Fox as a Chinese made Crossover Sportback.
