Not to be a pain in the ass, but that’s not exactly true. I live in a tiny (tiny) town, and we have a good two or three ethnic grocery stores (two mexican grocery stores, and a new asian place on the north end of town, I think.). It really depends more on the immigrant population than the overall population I think.
