GTA IV and L.A. Noire are my two favourite games this gen because of the realistic approach. If this game does in fact take place in L.A., it'd be amazing to reenact the best scenes from Heat. I hope Rockstar uses the facial mapping and engine that Team Bondi used for Noire.

I and a lot of other MacRumors commenters suspect this is fake (despite how good the story is) because the guy registered his account the day of the problem and these were his first posts. Also, he never responded to anyone questioning the story, he just posted two or three comments and left. People react in different

I'm actually surprised to see Giz link to what BLam wrote considering he didn't shine the greatest light on this site in that piece.

Of all the quotes made about his passing so far, that may be favourite. It sums up his impact in so few words.

I didn't like the way he conducted himself in his personal life at all but can acknowledge and respect his vision for technology. To be glad that someone died (it was also a painful death from pancreatic cancer) is just horrible, not something I expected from a starred commenter.

As a huge Apple fan I'm aware of everything you said. My only hope is that while Jobs' contributions to technology are never forgotten that he doesn't start to get painted as a great philanthropist or wonderful man. He was a visionary with great charisma and business talent, who pushed people harder. I also feel bad

Same price point for three years, you're right. It should be $200 or less.

They are exactly the same prices (aside from the 8GB version, which was $30 more). Hopefully this is corrected.

The 64GB iPod touch was the same price last year with all the prices looking the same, not sure where you're getting $100 from. Incredibly disappointed that they didn't change anything up while keeping the same capacity for three years running. If I wasn't in Canada I'd be jumping all over the Kindle Fire.

I don't agree with all of his views but his point about there being a barbaric "centuries old" society in the middle east is true. It's not just the actions of a few extremists, a week ago in Saudi Arabia a woman was sentenced to 10 lashes for driving. It's against the law for women to drive there, how is that not

That's pretty sad if you can be considered gay for never wanting to marry (while being a huge womanizer). Clooney's super wealthy and can get [most] of the women he's interested in, he's probably living his dream. I better watch out since I don't want to get hitched or have kids.

He's a sweet guy because he refused to acknowledge that he had a daughter and wouldn't pay child support.

MissContrarian is a troll who tries to infuriate people with every comment she makes. Why she hasn't been banned yet is a complete mystery to me.

If this were reversed and it was a guy who did this and the post was on Jezebel, I guarantee you'd be crying foul. You seem to be missing the fact that this is completely unprofessional and that before she went and made some quick backtracking edits, it was a lot meaner. It's simply unacceptable to try and humiliate

Also, her ranting probably comes from insecurity since he's way out of her league.

The difference here is that you wouldn't try and humiliate that person in front of millions of readers and the rest of the internet. Every time someone Googles your name that story comes up, that's where the problem is. It's in Jon's favor that her complete shallowness comes across in this article proving that he was

No, that's not it at all. Even if I was so shallow as to lose interest in someone over something as trivial as their computer choice, I certainly wouldn't broadcast that on a blog read by dozens of people, let alone millions. She basically attempted a character assassination on a guy who appears to be a nice person

This is one of the best comments I've ever read on Gizmodo. As Duke Nukem would say, "You've got balls of steel."
