Thanks to this post I've been watching all those clips on Youtube again. There's one where the roles are reversed and a woman drugs a guy and it's pretty much the same result. It's telling that it always seems to be men who joke about it.

Good. As soon as pictures of the star and the costume hit the 'net I knew it was in for a shellacking. My prediction of lasting under one season was completely wrong, it wasn't even picked up!

I have a feeling that still wouldn't be enough. "Look, those photos of dead Osama are obviously shopped." Nothing short of displaying the actual body will be convincing to other politicians.

They needed to close this plotline before opening the new one about Gaddafi. (That sounded better in my head)

Honestly, the same can be said for having a large bandwidth cap and lots of free time to torrent. "Ooh, I have 4 seasons of Mad Men, the Pacific, Treme and Breaking Bad to watch. Better cancel my dinner reservation."

What an insult to Bill Gates to have his picture in the middle when it should be Steve Jobs. The guy who wouldn't even acknowledge his daughter's existence, who has never donated any money to charity, and who is an egomaniacal narcissist. Bill Gates has done wonderful philanthropical things and doesn't deserve to be

I'm not sure where you got all of your assumptions about me from but I assure you they're incorrect. It was unnecessary to unleash such a negative diatribe. Gays that come out and advocate for the cause are doing what they believe in and that's great. I agree that it can help some people change their attitudes when a

Nope. He just lives his life and runs Apple without commenting on any speculation. I respect him for that.

What did people expect? They paid to see a trainwreck and that's exactly what they got. It should come as no surprise that without writers 80% of actors aren't entertaining on their own.

@bilsongirl: I know you're trolling with this comment but there are five different Nobel prize categories and one year Yasser Arafat won the peace prize.

No. This impersonator does a good of job of 80's Bob though.

@jedel: Remember a few days after the security breach Gawker said "we'll be coming out with an option in your profile to delete your account"? Where the hell is it 5 months later?

@badasscat: I thought your comment was very insightful and had well pointed but fair criticisms. Unfortunately it doesn't seem like they're really listening.

@heywhat: Using a new 2.4 Ghz Macbook Pro with 4GB of ram the new design chugs along. I use the ca. Gawker but on comment replies you're redirected to the new one and it's slow.

ca.gawker.com been using it for weeks and it's the only reason I still come here. Gizmodo used to get around 80-100 hits a day from me but after Jesus Diaz's insulting response to readers I stopped.

After reading the Gawker sites for four years, it's taken only one day for me to start looking elsewhere. This redesign is absolutely atrocious. I have a feeling that they're going to lose a lot of readers if they don't whip up an option to choose between the two.

I really think we're living in an era that will be reflected on in a few decades as "important technologically as the telephone was." We've been alive during the birth of the internet, probably the greatest tools to gather information from. It's amazing to think about.

@chuckrich81: My mistake. It'll be even longer for those of us waiting for a price drop.
