@Bantam: James Cameron announced that there'd be a 2 & 3 before the first Avatar even came out. He said it "Depended on how well it did at the box office". We all know how that turned out.

@xuushii: I knew this looked familiar! Might have even been within the Gizmodo comments section before.
@thechansen: It was put in several best of the decade lists near the end of '09. It even got #1 on a couple of them (Entertainment Weekly).
That makes sense, especially since people will be getting their new iPod touches that day with the software preloaded.
@Greetings. I am Wu.: With the last generation iPod touch you could use the Apple keyboard's bluetooth to type on the touch.
@vierge99: There are actually two microphones included. One one the device itself next to the camera (otherwise Facetime would be useless) and one on the earbud cord that allows you to vocally change the songs etc.
I have been waiting for this iPod touch for a long, long time and it has delivered what I wanted. Hello 64GB unit, goodbye 5'th gen iPod classic.
You're absolutely right. I've been waiting to update my 5'th gen iPod classic for three years now, holding out for a killer touch. After last year's model didn't add the camera I said I'd wait one more year. With two cameras, the app store, wi-fi and bluetooth the iPod touch is just a killer gadget. Up the capacity a…
@masterofTHUMBS: I agree with you, a lot of people like the Shuffle because they don't need to worry about a screen cracking if it hits the pavement. I just feel that guessing it's a new iPod nano is way off base.
Someone made this on Macrumors, it seems a lot more fitting:

Eating these chips felt a lot like playing a game of Operation. I had to carefully maneuver my hand through the bag for fear of hitting the sides and waking everyone within my vicinity up. Seriously, these bags are so loud my dad could hear it three rooms over with the door closed.
@kyle4:
My sister took this beautiful picture of our Siberian Husky with a 7.2 mp Sony Cybershot when we were up at our cottage. I still can't believe how it turned out.
That is an amazing illustration, if it were bigger it'd be my wallpaper.
@Robusto68: I agree. Plus, George Lucas didn't even direct EST or RoTJ. He's even only credited with "the story" and not the screenplay for the former, so you can't even call them director's cuts.
@minibeardeath: Read this novel and weep:
@(Starman), The MIDI Man: You can still buy the originals (the 1977 unchanged version) on DVD. You just get the special editions with them too.
I may be 20, but the versions I grew up with were the [added scenes) special editions released on VHS before the Phantom Menace came out. After excitedly preordering and waiting to get the DVD's I felt ripped off. Hayden Christensen at the end of RoTJ? Added CGI effects? Blu-ray has the capacity to fit the originals…
It's really cliche, but Marvin Gaye's "Let's Get It On". It was put on just because.
