@TheBaldOneMpls: Seriously? I didn't even submit this and got the flyer with this exact picture in my town paper. At least in Canada, most of their $30 games are priced at $29.83.

@battlescarSS: Dominion III: I thought she was good in these three as a supporting actress:
@Yokai: $15 is the price of maps for a game has sold almost 12 million copies. If just 4 million people buy them, that's $60 million dollars. Not counting the marketing budget, that's 20 mil over what the entire game cost to develop.
I gave in and got it because I had Microsoft points left that I didn't feel like using for anything else. It's too bad you can't just pay for the extra points to match the cost of the item. I had also paid $50 for MW2 as a pre-order bonus to Best Buy customers so it didn't feel as bad.
Hey, didn't Nintendo borrow that from another of their IP's?
Wow, we're getting reamed in Canada. 1000 points alone is $14.50 plus tax which works out to about $16.40. That means the map pack is....$17!
Hopefully they don't pull the crap that World At War does and purposely make you join a room with maps you don't have, only to boot you/bring up the Live screen to purchase them. How annoying is that?
I've been reading Kotaku every day for three years now and Owen, you're by far my favorite writer here, but this is disgusting and disappointing to say the least. This guy got stabbed in the head and could've died just about a week ago and Kotaku is encouraging people to make fun of the situation. Arguments like "He…
@Michael Dukakis: It'll be set in the present with Desmond as the lead and conclude the trilogy.
Congratulations Microsoft, you just did something my PS3 has been able to do for years. I was hoping since I bought it the Xbox would have this capability, that and copying videos off a USB stick to the HD. It's still limited to 16GB though so there's some work that needs to be done.
For $15 you can buy Perfect Dark and an indie game.
There is something very wrong when this multiplayer game, full game! Costs the same price as Modern Warfare 2's map pack. Just for that this might be worth supporting.
@Dr Durdon: I'd hold off for the 3DS because in addition to having backwards compatibility for DS games (which should drop in price by then) you'll be able to enjoy the "next gen" gaming for Nintendo's handheld.
I still think that aside from the original Super Mario Bros. Ocarina of Time is one of, if not the greatest game(s) ever made. I went back and beat it again last year and aside from the dated graphics, it still holds up incredibly well.
They say that coke is one of those drugs that you do once and you're hooked forever. I was offered it at a party once, the guy kept telling me to do it, even made a line and I turned it down. No one forced this guy to take drugs, it was his own personal choice.
The only thing that turns me off about the Move is the requirement to own two of them to use features like this. I don't think it would've cost much more to add the technology to the nun-chuk as well. This method seems like price gouging.
The Xbox Arcade costs $130 now. What a ridiculous price to charge as much as the console costs. In fact I'm considering updating my Macbook's HD and the 500GB drive is $80.
When I told my parents about the pedometer that came with the game the first thing he said was, "Kids will attach it to their dog".
@Rampage: You're right, he's a great actor. He deserved the best actor win for Ray, but he doesn't belong in a movie as the southern racist/psychopathic Lynch. It's just horrible casting. It's like having Sean Penn play Michael Jordan.
@logan25wolves: Probably because GoW would require a humongous, risky budget. They could pull this movie off for $60-80 million.
