You've never seen Rachel as a bully? Rachel, who sent a girl to a crack house instead of glee club auditions because she was threatened by her voice, ultimately resulting in said girl joining Vocal Adrenaline instead?

I was bewildered when it turned out Santana was supposed to be the villain in that scene or something. I haven't watched Glee since the Cory Monteith tribute so I don't really know the full context, but Rachel was at her most cartoonishly annoying and self-centered the entire episode.

Right? I saw "car culture" and was like "oh man this one's by Ignatiy."

I got home from the concert I went to and saw that my DVR hadn't recorded the episode for some reason. I was frustrated until I saw the reviews (Hitfix last night, AV Club and Uproxx this morning) and realized that it was just trying to protect me.

Fallon does this thing in his monologues where after delivering the punchline he'll stammer the first few words of a follow-up sentence under the laughter and then drop it entirely and move on to the next joke. It's like a nervous tic or something that I thought he was going to grow out of when I watched the first few

It's kind of funny that he bagged on Jay Leno so much and now one of his signature bits is basically a variation on one of Leno's signature bits.

For you.

One of my favorites was the first time I ever saw Wheel of Carpet Samples, which was the one with John Cleese (from the episode featuring every surviving Python except Palin). Something about I think the combination of the concept and the reactions of the audience members pulled up to play the game absolutely killed

They sure haven't.

I'd say "Ew!" was like watching an All That sketch, but that's probably an insult to All That sketches.

I guess that's the question. But it's been working for Fallon from pretty much the first Neil Young bit he did onwards, so it's lasted a good four years or so thusfar.

It's been kind of interesting to me to see what the Fallon team clearly considers to be their A-material given what they've been pulling out for the first week of the show. They were very right on the Ragtime Gals (I've watched the "Ignition" video like five times), right on Brian Williams rapping and probably had

I am so glad I bailed out on this season a couple weeks ago now. Fuck that.

I don't own all their albums but since I'm a Seattleite I tend to see them live every couple years and they always deliver. Unless I get incredibly broke I'll probably go to PUSA Fest this year.

I liked Family Tree but was resigned to its cancellation within pretty much two episodes. Oh well.

I had the exact same problem so it took me a good three or four months to finally watch it. It is indeed really good.

His bicep thing is the worst signature pose. It's worse than what Tebow did.

He's turning into Josh from the Seattle season more and more. Just a whiny sadsack grinding his axe against guys who don't really pay attention/care.

Nah, not really. But for some reason the choices here made me go "wait, what?" then when people do it for real.

It's really sad that it takes this video for me to realize that yes, applause during In Memoriam videos is terrible and shouldn't happen.
