"There are probably a lot of people who would like to mourn Deb, and she
is entitled to a police funeral with full honors, but Dexter just
throws her in the ocean, because he doesn't give a shit about anybody."

My aunt would *adore* the postcard idea. I'm interested in using it solely as a thing I can send as a present to her periodically.

I love that Rupert's Ego made his wife being voted off be about sticking it to him instead of the fact that she's an older, out of shape woman. I generally hate "and now let's vote someone off immediately" but if it means no more Rupert and Candice relatively early in the game then fuck, go for it.

"Tightrope" is a damn good single and a great introduction to her sound.

Yeah, the fact that it took an extra week for this to come out like it took the Neko Case one an extra week made me think that it was going to be a C-review or something and then I'd have to complain.

I really love this album. It's not all perfect but it doesn't feel overlong like ArchAndroid did or have songs that I would immediately skip (unlike the Of Montreal one). The skits I'm skipping now on subsequent listens but I mostly don't hate them.

It's impressive that a show managed to write him out in a stupider way than Sons of Anarchy did.

I've read the summary of what it now almost certainly is.

Yeah, I guess I should have said "casually mumble."

Just have a cardboard cutout of Adrian Grenier and have some underpaid crew member shout his lines from offscreen. Nobody will be able to tell the difference.

Paul F. Tompkins adding Richard Harrow to his stable of impressions/characters has made it so when literally the first thing he did this season was murder people caused me to laugh my head off.

I am very excited for the inevitable gallery of all of Linder's amazing shirts over the course of the season. They're quite majestic.

I stopped watching this show a couple weeks ago but I… what? How? Why? Are we sure that this all isn't just some wacky fever dream inside Dexter's head or something? Jesus.

I had it too but didn't really like it that much. I got it at age eight in 1995 and for some reason I thought Mickey Mouse on a surfboard meant that the album was going to be edgy or something.

See you next week!

ABC's board room is a random generator of what their comedy schedule will look like outside of Modern Family on Wednesdays at 9 and an actual tank of sharks.

Oh, just wait until the actual episodes start airing.

I really want this to be good. I reaaaaaaaally want this to be good.
