I guess I'll take solace in the fact that the team I was rooting for this season finished one spot ahead of the team I was rooting for last season. Hopefully Andrew does better in front of the net in his appearances for Sounders this season than he did on Amazing Race.

Wasn't that the Mississippi girls?

I'm frustrated because this seems like a really good assortment of talent for such a pointless, unnecessary project.

I'm disappointed that we didn't get Novackaine in the battle rounds because he could have been to The Voice as Coach was to Survivor. Just totally pompous and arrogant and over-the-top the whole way through. That guy was hysterical.

Dayana didn't hate Victoria. She was just forced into a question that she couldn't honestly answer in Victoria's favor.

Good for him, I guess? He was probably the best thing about the five episodes of The Killing I sat through.

Dayana was wonderful in the final boardroom, stuck between two type-A maniacs who were shouting at each other like she wasn't even there. Her eye-rolling and "what the hell is even going on" forced-smiles made the whole thing even funnier.

It's a Maradona impersonator. If it were the real guy they would have mentioned him by name and Andrew would have freaked out more than just a joke-y "this guy's a legend."

He was great on Chuck too once they started giving him actual stuff to work with.

Wait, is this Youtube now?

"despite there being no good reason for the two to have ever heard of each other."

It would have been a San Jose jersey, presumably, because he was with them until the end of last season. And yeah, he's competing with Bryan Meredith for the backup GK spot, but the third GK under contract with us has had endless nagging knee injuries so I could see him getting signed either way.

I think they're doing a different version of it tonight. But still, Todd got it wrong.

I don't think it was a legal thing because he came back for the last couple episodes (and was even more awesome because he went into Survivor All-Stars mode where he didn't really give a fuck and just wanted to play to the cameras). I think Trump just knew that Busey needed to stay on as long as possible because his

Mick Foley would be awesome. I don't know if he'd really last more than a handful of episodes because he seems really hands-off and disorganized, but he'd be such a fun presence for however long he was on.

Trump's rationale for firing people is often just "what excuse can I use to get rid of this person who's not as good TV as this person," really. My favorite was last year when the entire men's team universally agreed that Gary Busey needed to go but Trump fired Richard Hatch instead because he raised the least money,

The money-raising challenges are always like that, and they do two or three of those each season. They're my least favorite though from a charity standpoint I get why they do them.

Gotta root for Elliot and Andrew since Andrew is currently training with my MLS team and might be their backup keeper. I really liked the Kentucky guys, though.

Richie is really, really benefiting from Scotty's win and the fact that they don't really have anyone else in his category. I hate that Jairon Jackson's gone because there are three or four people who sing like him but better, but Richie Law is still here because he's worse but doing a style nobody else is.

I realized she was a goner when in her preview videos/interviews she kept making such a huge deal about playing fair. She seemed way too earnest to not get cut quick on a season like this.
