The broken survey problem is not the service writer’s fault. There is nothing diagnostic about the survey process. Which is why I’m not a dick about it.

You can have a great experience but say they fall short in one or two categories that weren’t awful, but weren’t perfect so you give them an 8 or 9. That’s a negative hit.
